OfferSecured Questionnaire AutoFill helps student-athletes and families complete recruiting questionnaires faster, with fewer repetitive errors and less manual copy/paste.

College recruiting forms often ask for the same information over and over again: name, contact details, graduation year, school, GPA, test scores, sport, position or event, coach contacts, parent or guardian information, highlight links, academic interests, awards, and recruiting notes. Athletes may have to enter this information across dozens of school, team, and recruiting platforms. OfferSecured turns the athlete profile you already maintain into a practical autofill assistant for those forms.

The extension works on supported recruiting questionnaire pages by detecting visible form fields, matching those fields to the athlete’s OfferSecured profile, and filling the best available answers. It is designed for common recruiting questionnaire sections, including:

  - Athlete contact information
  - Parent and guardian contact information
  - High school and club coach details
  - Guidance counselor information
  - Academic profile fields such as GPA, class year, test scores, and intended major
  - Sport-specific fields such as positions, events, PRs, teams, and recruiting details
  - Highlight, Hudl, social, and profile links
  - Awards, honors, and additional recruiting notes

This is especially helpful because recruiting forms are not standardized. One school may ask for “Graduation Year,” another may ask for “Class,” and another may place that same question inside a larger academic section. Some forms use regular inputs, while others use dropdowns, dynamic contact sections, or multi-page questionnaire layouts. OfferSecured reduces the busywork by interpreting the form structure and applying the athlete profile where it fits.

OfferSecured does not submit questionnaires for you. After AutoFill runs, you stay in control. Review every answer, make any edits needed for that specific school or program, and submit the form manually when you are ready.

How it works:

  1. Sign in to your OfferSecured account.
  2. Open a supported recruiting questionnaire.
  3. Open the OfferSecured extension.
  4. Choose the athlete profile if your account manages more than one athlete.
  5. Click “Fill It Out For Me.”
  6. Review the completed form before submitting it yourself.

The extension is built for athletes, parents, and guardians who want a faster, more consistent way to complete recruiting questionnaires without losing control over the final submission.

Privacy and data handling:

The extension only works when you are signed in to OfferSecured. It uses your authenticated OfferSecured athlete profile to suggest and fill answers on recruiting questionnaire pages. It reads the visible form fields on supported questionnaire pages so it can determine which profile information belongs where. It does not sell your data, does not submit forms automatically, and does not run as a general-purpose web scraper.

OfferSecured is intended to save time, reduce repetitive data entry, and help families keep recruiting questionnaire responses consistent across schools and platforms.
