HOW IT WORKS

1. Upload Your Resume — Add your resume (PDF) to Fillio. Our AI parses your work history, education, skills, certifications, and contact details into a structured profile you can review and edit anytime.

2. Navigate to a Job Application — Visit any job posting on a supported ATS platform or company career page. Fillio automatically detects the application form and highlights fillable fields in the sidebar.

3. Click Fill — One click and Fillio populates every field it can match: name, email, phone, address, work experience, education, LinkedIn URL, and more. Review the results, make any tweaks, and submit. That's it.

SUPPORTED PLATFORMS

Fillio works with major applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse, Lever, and Workday, as well as popular job boards. It also includes generic form detection that works on custom career pages — so even if a company uses its own application form, Fillio can identify and fill standard fields.
