Kael

About

Kael is a companion extension for the Kael app on macOS. When you open a
site you've chosen to monitor, Kael redirects the tab to a gate page that
talks to the Kael Mac app, so you get a moment to pause and decide whether
to continue.

You pick which sites Kael watches inside the Mac app — typically the
distracting ones you want to be more intentional about. The extension only
acts on the sites you select; it doesn't track your browsing or send your
history anywhere.

Requires the Kael app running on your Mac.

How it works:
• Open a monitored site and Kael shows a gate page instead.
• The gate checks in with the Kael Mac app for your current focus settings.
• Continue when you mean to, or step away — your choice.

Note: Kael must be installed and running on your Mac for the extension to
work.
