About
Coaching Metronome is a simple breathing and pacing extension designed for focused sessions, calm breathing, and practicing the rhythm of spaciousness. It gives users a clean timer-based experience to help practice box breathing for maintaining coaching presence while increasing awareness of a 3-5 second pause to offer more silence supporting client processing. This plugin works inside Chrome and is designed to act as an add-on to a coach's current video and/or note taking dashboard. This extension is free to install, but access to the app requires a one-time payment to unlock it ($1.99). After purchase, the user receives their own unlock method and can use the extension.
