Questlock is a focus app for macOS and Windows that helps you stay on task during deep work sessions. This extension is the Chrome companion—it keeps your browser aligned with Questlock’s blocklist while you focus.

WHY YOU NEED THIS EXTENSION

Questlock blocks distracting websites at the system level during focus sessions. But Chrome’s Secure DNS and other browser-level features can sometimes bypass traditional blocking. This extension closes that gap by intercepting blocked navigations directly in Chrome—before the page loads.

• Syncs with the Questlock desktop app in real time
• Redirects blocked site visits to a focus block page
• Shows your active session timer when a site is blocked
• Works alongside Questlock’s system-wide blocking on Mac and Windows
• Stops blocking automatically when your focus session ends

HOW TO USE IT

1. Install the Questlock desktop app from usequestlock.com
2. Add this extension to Chrome
3. Configure your blocked sites and start a focus session in Questlock
4. Try visiting a blocked site in Chrome—you’ll be redirected to the block page instead
