About

dialup turns mailto: and tel: link clicks into a simple open-with dialog.

Instead of jumping straight into your default mail or phone app, you choose what happens next:

Email (mailto:)
• Gmail — web compose with to, cc, bcc, subject, and body
• Outlook — web compose
• Default mail app — your system handler
• Copy — copy the address to the clipboard

Phone (tel:)
• WhatsApp — open a chat (international + country code numbers)
• Default call app — your system handler
• Messages (SMS) — open your SMS app
• Copy — copy the number to the clipboard

Hold ⌘/Ctrl, Shift, or Alt while clicking to bypass the dialog and use the browser’s normal behavior.

Open the extension icon to choose which services appear in the dialog. Settings sync across Chrome when sync is enabled.

No accounts. No analytics. No data sent to any server — everything runs locally in your browser.
