Payweft — your receipts and bills, woven into one private money picture

Payweft helps you capture receipts and bills right in Chrome, pull out what matters (totals, dates, merchants, categories, due dates), and see patterns and upcoming payments—without handing your documents to Payweft’s servers to parse them. Processing and storage stay in this browser profile on your device.

    Why people install it

Stop losing proof of purchase — email confirmations, PDFs, and photos become searchable saved items, not scattered tabs.
See cash flow, not chaos — spending by category, merchant habits, and “what’s due soon” live on a dashboard built from what you saved.
Privacy-first by design — your vault is local; the extension is built around on-device extraction and your own judgment before you save.
    Capture (side panel)

Paste or type text, drop an image for on-device OCR, or attach a PDF to pull text where supported.
Payweft suggests receipt vs bill, category, amounts, and dates; you review and save when it looks right.
Right-click selected text on a page (where the browser allows) and send it straight into capture.
Optional keyboard shortcut to open capture (set under Chrome → Extensions → Payweft → Extension shortcuts).
    Dashboard

Daily briefing and lightweight goals / streaks / quests to reinforce the habit (optional; the data is still yours).
Monthly category caps compared to receipt spend.
Merchant patterns — where money clusters over time (e.g. repeat stores, share of spend).
Receipt heatmap and year/category rollups for a fast visual read.
Recurring bill hints inferred from your history (always verify dates yourself).
Command center-style nudges from your own saved data (trends, due windows, pace vs caps—no bank linking).
    Vault

Search and filters across everything you’ve saved.
Edit titles, kinds, categories, amounts, dates, and notes so reports stay accurate—clean titles help merchant stats line up.
    Settings

    Monthly budget caps by category.
JSON backup and restore (merge or replace) so you can move or safeguard your vault.
Toggles for habits/capture options you control on-device.
Payweft Pro (subscription) Free tier is fully usable with limits on how many items you can save. Pro unlocks unlimited saves, CSV export (including year-scoped export where provided), JSON backup, and bill notification options for subscribers—see in-app and checkout for current details.

    Important

Payweft is a personal finance assistant, not a bank. It does not log into your financial institutions.
You are responsible for tax, legal, or reimbursement decisions; exports and summaries are for your convenience only.
Removing the extension or clearing site data can delete local data unless you’ve exported a backup.
Install Payweft if you want a calmer, more organized view of receipts and bills—on your machine, under your control.
