One-click punch in / out
No tabs, no waiting for the Keka dashboard to load. Open the toolbar popup, hit Punch In or Punch Out. That's it.

Smart timed breaks
Heading out for lunch? Pick 30, 45, 60 minutes — or any custom duration. ShiftMate punches you out, runs a countdown, and automatically punches you back in when the break ends. A desktop notification confirms it so you always know your status.

Live progress badge
The toolbar icon shows your accumulated hours in real time and gradually shifts from red to green as you approach 8 hours. One glance at your browser bar tells you whether to keep going or call it a day.

Today + History
See every punch from today — in/out times and total duration — plus a clean list of previous workdays with their hours, weekend/leave badges, and arrival times.

Frictionless sign-in

Already signed into Keka in another tab? ShiftMate detects your session automatically.
Not signed in? Use the built-in email + password + captcha form right inside the popup — no copy-pasting tokens, no opening new tabs.
Power users can paste a refresh token directly.
Privacy
Everything runs locally in your browser. Your credentials and tokens never leave your machine. Tokens are kept in Chrome's encrypted sync storage so they follow your Google profile, but no external server is involved.

Requirements

A Keka account on a *.keka.com subdomain.
Permission to access your Keka tabs while you're using the extension.
Not affiliated with Keka HR Technologies Pvt Ltd. ShiftMate is a third-party companion built for Keka users by a Keka user.
