# My language learning experience
As a chud and a language learner I can tell you how hard it is to keep consistent. My own experience is: I just wanna watch anime and listen to kpop without having to get my eyeballs divorced trying to look at both the visuals and the subtitles. But it's so boring to go through textbooks and learn, I just wanna bedrot and learn at the same time. Yet that is still too hard. I'd have to toggle between tabs trying to copy paste vocabulary I don't know into Google Translate (and also switch between target languages because some Japanese words makes more sense translated into Chinese than English, and I'm a bilingual fob), then put it in my notes app, and if I still don't understand, I'd have to switch to a chatbot and ask, and even then I don't know if I sound fine. Given that, it's super hard to keep consistent because it means putting in consistent effort and you just know I'm too lazy for that. So, I made this extension for myself to motivate me to learn languages in the way that I want, and I hope that you will find it helpful too.
