Brain Reporter is the official issue-reporting companion for Brain (trybrain.io) users and team members.

Stop writing bug reports from memory. With one click, Brain Reporter captures everything your support team needs to reproduce and fix an issue — without leaving the page you're on.

WHAT IT CAPTURES
• A full screenshot of the current tab
• Recent browser console logs (errors, warnings, info)
• Failed network requests (4xx / 5xx)
• Page URL, title, viewport size, user agent, and timestamp
• Your title, description, and severity rating

HOW IT WORKS
1. Click the Brain Reporter icon in your toolbar.
2. Give the issue a short title and a description (minimum 20 characters so engineers have enough context).
3. Pick a severity: Low, Medium, High, or Critical.
4. Choose which diagnostics to attach (screenshot / console / network are on by default).
5. Hit Submit. The report lands directly in the Brain support inbox, linked to your account.

PRIVACY & DATA
Brain Reporter only sends data when YOU click Submit. It does not run in the background, does not track your browsing, and does not collect analytics. The screenshot and logs you attach are sent only to Brain's support endpoint at trybrain.io, tied to your personal access token. REQUIREMENTS
You need an active Brain account and a personal access token (generated at trybrain.io → Settings → Support Extension). Without a token the extension cannot submit reports.
