PipeSignal is the CRM-hygiene layer for sales teams. It scans your HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or Close.com daily for contacts that have gone stale, detects when prospects change jobs, and surfaces bounced emails before your reps email a dead address again. WHAT IT WATCHES - Stale contacts: anything not updated in 90 days (configurable) - Job changes: when LinkedIn-current-company doesn't match CRM-current-company - Email bounces: auto-fed from our verifier when a sent email bounces - Acquisitions: detected via domain redirects and LinkedIn signals WHAT IT WRITES BACK - Updated email when a new verified address is found - Updated current company when a job change is approved - Updated last-modified timestamp on the contact row HOW IT WORKS 1. Connect your CRM via OAuth (no password storage; tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM). 2. Once a day, the platform scans your CRM for contacts past the staleness threshold. 3. Each alert appears in the popup as Stale, Job Change, Bounce, or Acquisition. 4. Click Approve to push the update to the CRM. Click Dismiss to ignore. 5. On the Team tier, you can opt into auto-apply for specific alert types. SUPPORTED CRMS HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Close.com. PRICING PipeSignal is sold only as part of Signal Sales OS at $149/seat/month. The bundle also includes LeadSignal (verified emails + AI cold openers) and MeetSignal (meeting recorder + CRM sync). $198 if bought separately, $149 bundled. PRIVACY We read only the CRM fields needed to detect staleness and job changes (name, email, current company, last-updated timestamp). We never read deal notes, attachments, call recordings, or pipeline values. Every write to the CRM is logged in the audit trail and is reversible from the dashboard.
