As AI handles our everyday communications, we're losing the low-stakes practice grounds for high-stakes IRL moments (negotiations, feedback, de-escalations) where our nerves decide outcomes. AI can write impeccable feedback, but a human has to deliver it. AI can offer robust arguments for a negotiation, yet it needs a human to make the case live.

Incarnate is a platform where people rehearse difficult conversations against AI personas of the people in their lives. Users rehearse, receive Stanford-grade debrief, and build persistent-memory that learns the user and each person across sessions. A community layer turns real situations into entertainment with leaderboard mechanics.
