v.0.3.1 adjust some minor front end / design elements on the extension, and updates the actions / to-do external URL bug.  Added email notifications for signup/welcome and password reset for users.  Removing site password protect to open up the site and chrome extension on the chrome web store. 

v.0.3.0 is a new feature release that provides an action/to-do checklist for users to protect their data/privacy...& includes UI/UX cleanup for users. (updates to logo, moving extension sidePanel tabs around & cleaning up Source URLs and Monitoring pages). 

v0.2.1 is a critical config-only fix for v0.2.0. The v0.2.0 production zip was inadvertently built with a developer .env file in place, which baked http://localhost into the production bundle instead of https://api.dataviking.ai. Every installed v0.2.0 fails login with "Failed to fetch."

v0.2.1 contains no code changes beyond rebuilding with the correct production URL. The manifest is otherwise identical to v0.2.0:

No new permissions
No new host permissions (still https://api.dataviking.ai/* + https://dataviking.ai/*)
No new content scripts
No changes to privacy practices, data handling, or single-purpose description
This affects 100% of v0.2.0 users in the trusted-tester group. Expedited review would be much appreciated.
