Claude Camera adds a camera button directly inside Claude's chat toolbar, so you never have to leave the conversation to share what you're looking at.

Take photos from your webcam
Open a live viewfinder, flip between front and rear cameras, zoom in, and snap — your photo is ready to attach instantly.

Capture screenshots from any tab
Click the extension icon on any page to save a full-tab screenshot or select a specific region. Your saved shots show up in a gallery inside Claude whenever you need them.

Annotate before you send
Draw on any image with 4 colors (blue, red, green, black), use the eraser for mistakes, and undo/redo with ⌘Z. Circle a bug, highlight text, add arrows — then attach.

Multi-shot & custom prompts
Capture multiple images at once and add a message like "What does this say?" — it gets typed into Claude's composer automatically.

Remembers your preferences
Last-used camera, favorite pen color, and recent prompts are saved between sessions. Your screenshot gallery persists across browser restarts (up to 20 shots).

Works on touchscreens too — annotate with a finger or stylus.
