Local Image Saver finds image candidates on the current page, including `srcset` variants, lazy-loaded sources, linked originals, page metadata, and optional CSS background images. Save one image instantly or select multiple images and download them as separate files.

SAVE AND CONVERT

- Single-image saving, conversion, and copying remain unlimited.
- There is no daily limit.
- ZIP export is displayed as a future Pro capability and is not available in this Free release.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Image discovery and conversion run locally in your browser. Local Image Saver has no account system, advertising, analytics, behavioral tracking, or developer-operated upload server. Optional access to an image host is requested only when a user-selected conversion or copy operation needs to retrieve that image, and access can be revoked at any time.

HOW TO USE

1. Open a webpage containing images.
2. Select Local Image Saver from the browser toolbar.
3. Filter the detected images and choose the output format.
4. Save one image or select several images for a batch download.

You can also right-click an image to save the original or convert it to PNG, JPG, or WebP.

Please download and use only images that you own or have permission to save. The extension does not bypass logins, paywalls, or website access controls.
