  - Open Stremio Web and join the live session

  - Stremio Desktop or Stremio Server needs to run in the background so WatchParty can support playback features

  How to use it
  1. Install the extension
  2. Open Stremio Web
  3. Use the WatchParty room panel to create or join a room
  4. Share the invite link or join a listed room
  5. Keep Stremio Desktop or Stremio Server running locally for playback support
  
  watchparty.mertd.me Is not needed but provides the extension link, listed rooms, and invite joining.
