BBB Review Extractor helps you quickly export customer reviews from Better Business Bureau (BBB) business pages for analysis, reporting, and record keeping.

WHAT IT DOES

- Detects the business on the current BBB page
- Shows the total review count (when available)
- Lets you choose a Sort by option: Newest, Highest rating, Lowest rating
- Fetches all review pages automatically
- Exports results to: CSV, Excel (XLSX), JSON

HOW TO USE

1. Open a BBB business page (Customer Reviews or More Info).
2. Click the extension icon.
3. Select a sort option and click Export Reviews.
4. Download the file from the export dashboard.

PRIVACY

The extension runs locally in your browser.
It only reads data from the BBB page you are viewing and downloads the export file to your computer.
No login is required.
