Enterprise-Grade Privacy  
EBM is designed with a "Zero-Knowledge" architecture to ensure total data privacy:

- Direct-to-ERP Communication: All query requests and results travel directly between your browser and your Epicor instance. Data never passes through, and is never visible to, our servers.
- Local Storage: Sensitive session headers are held strictly in temporary browser memory.
- Cryptographic Licensing: We verify subscription status using a one-way cryptographic hash of your Installation ID. This ensures your specific system details remain anonymous and cannot be reverse-engineered.
