CalClip — Email to Calendar Invite

The meeting is already agreed in the email. Retyping it into your calendar is the tax. CalClip removes it.

Open the email where a time got agreed and click the CalClip icon (or highlight any text and right-click). CalClip reads the thread and opens a Google Calendar window with the whole invite drafted:

• A scannable title — "Q3 launch plan | Raj & Dana"
• The date and time, resolved forward from today ("next Tuesday at 2" just works)
• The location or meeting link, pulled from the thread
• The guests, prefilled from the people in the conversation (mailing lists and no-reply senders excluded)
• A written description: what the meeting is about, who's involved, what to bring

You review every field, click Save, and Google Calendar sends the invitation to every guest. CalClip never sends anything itself.

• No calendar access requested — no OAuth, no permissions to your Google account. CalClip opens Google Calendar's own event page, prefilled.
• Nothing stored — the text is used once over HTTPS to draft the invite, then discarded. No account needed.
• It never guesses silently — an ambiguous date is left blank for you, never quietly filled wrong.
• Guest-safe descriptions — no mailbox links or private details ever reach your guests.
