SpeedKeys for Video lets you control webpage videos with customizable keyboard shortcuts.

Set your own keys for speed up, slow down, toggle 1x, jump to a target speed, seek backward or forward, set and return to a marker, toggle Picture in Picture, toggle fullscreen, and quickly hide the current video page.

The default layout focuses on practical video control, and you can personalize the shortcuts so frequently used actions fit under one hand while your other hand stays on the mouse.

The extension works on regular webpage video elements and ignores likely live media. Some browser-level shortcuts and deeply isolated cross-origin players may not be fully controllable due to browser restrictions.
