How it Works
1. User Authentication: Sign into your personal or company Zoho CRM account and your own WhatsApp Web session directly in your browser.
2. Enter your OpenAI API credentials securely in the local extension settings.
3. Select a contact from your Zoho CRM queue inside the extension dashboard.
4. Explicit Consent & Execution: Click the analysis button to manually authorize the extension to compile the active, open chat log and safely transmit it directly to the official OpenAI API.
5. Review the generated insights (relationship health, future opportunities) and choose to save them back to Zoho CRM.
