About
Sidekiq Queue Kill Switch adds bulk Pause All and Unpause All controls to Sidekiq Enterprise queue pages. It is designed for on-call and operations teams that need a safer, faster way to pause or resume queue processing during incidents, maintenance, or high-risk deploys. The extension only runs on Sidekiq queues pages and adds controls directly to the existing queue UI. It reads the page’s existing Sidekiq forms and submits pause or unpause actions the same way the browser would. Safety behavior: - Supports pause and unpause actions only - Does not send delete queue actions - Uses the existing Sidekiq queue page and session - Verifies queue state after bulk actions - Retries when Sidekiq UI state is eventually consistent This extension is intended for teams already using Sidekiq Enterprise queue controls.
