About

TaskFlow — capture Google Meet notes and manage your tasks

TaskFlow connects your Google Meet calls and your task list in one place.

Capture meeting notes (free)
During a Google Meet call, TaskFlow reads Meet's own live captions in your tab and saves the transcript to your TaskFlow account — where you can turn it into tasks, decisions, and a summary with one click. No audio or video is recorded, and no Google account access is required; it simply reads the captions already shown on screen (captions must be turned on).

Create & manage tasks
Create, search, edit, complete, and delete your TaskFlow tasks right from the popup — pick the project, assignee, priority, due date, and stage. Or highlight text on any web page, right-click, and turn it into a task instantly.

Private by design
Capture only runs when you start it. The extension never records audio/video and only talks to your own TaskFlow account. See our privacy policy for details.

Requires a TaskFlow account.
