About

Take control of your Amazon book browsing. Shelf Ward lets you block authors so their books stay out of your way.

Once you block an author, their books are grayed out in search results and "Customers also viewed" carousels. On book detail pages, the cover image is suppressed and block buttons appear in the byline and "About the Author" section. Visit an author's store page and you'll see a full-page blocked indicator with a one-click unblock option.

Your blocked list syncs across your signed-in browsers via Chrome's built-in storage sync — no account required, no data leaves your browser.

Features:
- Block/unblock authors with one click from search results or book pages
- Grays out books by blocked authors across search, carousels, and detail pages
- Full overlay on blocked author store pages
- Manage your blocked list from the extension's options page
