Smart Tab Audio Recorder captures the audible audio of your active Chrome tab and saves it locally as MP3 — without sending anything to a server.

═══ HOW IT WORKS ═══

1. Open the tab you want to record (any video, podcast, call, etc.)
2. Click the extension icon (or press Alt+Shift+R)
3. Click Start Recording — the recorder waits for the first sound, then captures only audible parts
4. Click Stop. Your MP3 appears in the local library
5. Download a single file or download all recordings as a ZIP

This extension makes ZERO outbound network calls. Recorded audio NEVER leaves your device. No cloud upload, no analytics, no telemetry, no cookies. Recordings are stored in your browser's IndexedDB until you download or delete them.
