About

Fizz Wallet is a lightweight, privacy-first wallet for the Aztec Network that lives in your browser. Send and receive tokens privately, flip balances between private and public, launch your own token, and top up gas. Every key and every zero-knowledge proof is generated on your device and stays there.

Built for quick, low-value transactions: pocket change, not vaults. Fizz is alpha software and supports Aztec mainnet and testnet.

PRIVATE BY DEFAULT
Aztec is a privacy-first Layer 2 on Ethereum. When you send privately with Fizz, the amount, the sender, and the recipient stay hidden on-chain. Zero-knowledge proofs are generated locally in your browser, not on a server, so nobody sees your activity. Not us, not anyone.

TWO BALANCES, ONE TAP
Every token on Aztec has a private side and a public side. Fizz shows both and lets you shield (make private) or unshield (make public) whenever you like, right from the token list.

LAUNCH YOUR OWN TOKEN
Deploy a standard AIP-20 token directly in the wallet: name it, pick a supply, mint privately or publicly, and keep or drop the minter role. Proving runs in the background while you keep using the wallet, and a status bar tracks the deployment on every screen.

GAS THAT LANDS ITSELF
Aztec transactions are paid in fee juice. Bridge the AZTEC token from Ethereum on fizzwallet.com/bridge with your own Ethereum wallet, and Fizz handles the rest: it generates the claim secret, watches the deposit, and claims the fee juice into your balance automatically. Nothing to copy, nothing to paste. On testnet, fees are usually sponsored, so you can try everything for free.

SAFER SENDING
Sending is contacts-only by design. You add a recipient's address once, review it calmly with the full address on screen, and reuse it safely forever. This closes off address-poisoning tricks and clipboard swappers that prey on paste-at-send wallets. Before anything signs, you confirm the complete address, the amount, and the privacy level.

After a private send, one tap copies ready-to-share instructions for your recipient: the token contract to import and your address to add as a contact, so the transfer actually shows up for them.

MULTIPLE INDEPENDENT ACCOUNTS
Derive multiple accounts from one recovery phrase to keep activities separate. Each account has its own token list and its own contacts. Accounts can be renamed and removed (removal hides the account; the keys remain recoverable from your phrase).

YOUR KEYS, YOUR DEVICE
- The wallet core (Aztec's private execution environment) and the prover run inside the extension, in your browser.
- The vault is encrypted at rest with Argon2id and AES-256-GCM. Unlock with a passkey or a passphrase. The wallet auto-locks after inactivity.
- Network access is pinned by the extension's content security policy to the Aztec nodes, two read-only Ethereum RPCs used to verify bridge deposits, and the proving-key CDN. There is nowhere else it can send data.
- No servers, no analytics, no telemetry, no accounts. We collect nothing. The privacy policy at fizzwallet.com/privacy is one paragraph because there is nothing to disclose.

THE FINE PRINT
Fizz is alpha software for low-value use. Do not keep more in it than you would carry in a pocket. Your recovery phrase is generated and stored only on your device: write it down, because nobody can recover it for you. Bridging gas is a public Ethereum action that links the Ethereum address you fund from to the funded Aztec address.
