Yesoma turns scattered customer messages into one organized inbox with AI-drafted replies. This extension lets you capture a conversation from anywhere on the web — Instagram DMs, LinkedIn, Telegram web, Gmail, your own admin tools — straight into your Yesoma workspace.

HOW IT WORKS
• Highlight a customer's message, right-click, and choose "Send to Yesoma."
• Or click the toolbar icon and paste the message in.
• Yesoma auto-detects the customer's email and phone from the text.
• It creates a new inquiry in your inbox and returns a link so you can review the AI-drafted reply in seconds.

REQUIREMENTS
A Yesoma account on a Business plan or higher. After installing, open the extension, paste an API key from Settings → API (scope: write:inquiries), and you're set.
