Sealiously, Take a Break is the gentle reminder to breathe, blink, and stretch — delivered by a very cute seal.

  Set the interval you want (default: every 30 minutes). When the timer fires, a fullscreen seal floats onto your current tab, plays for 10 seconds, and then quietly disappears.
  No buzzing, no banner across the top of your screen, no nagging — just one mini moment of softness in the middle of your scroll-and-type marathon.

  The extension does not work on chrome:// pages, the Chrome Web Store, or PDF viewers — Chrome blocks all extensions from those by design.
