MeetMute is a mute control extension for Google Meet that lets you toggle your microphone from any browser tab — without switching back to the meeting. A floating mute button appears on every tab during an active Google Meet call. Click it to mute or unmute instantly. The Chrome toolbar icon changes color so you always know your mic status: green means live, red means muted, gray means no active call.
