HOW IT WORKS

Open any property listing on Bazaraki.com — a compact panel appears right next to it. One click to mark a listing as viewed, classify the poster as owner or agent, or hide it entirely. All changes are instantly visible to everyone in your workspace.

★ Smart map markers — all statuses reflect directly on Bazaraki pins. Stars highlight owners. Flags highlight realtors. Grey pins indicate viewed properties. Hidden ones disappear completely.
★ Viewed tracking — visited listings automatically appear greyed out on the map, so your team never wastes time rechecking something already reviewed.
★ Price filter — set a min and max price range. Only matching properties stay visible.
★ Seller type filter — choose which seller types to display: owners, realtors, or unclassified. Combine with the price filter for precise results.
