    description
LinkedIn Sourcer turns your existing LinkedIn account into an AI sourcing agent — no Recruiter licence required.

Paste a job description, add your must-have skills and location, and the extension searches LinkedIn people results on your behalf. Each candidate is automatically scored against your JD using a structured rubric: technical fit, role scope, and seniority signals — not just keyword matching. Scored results appear in your sidebar as they arrive, ranked and ready to review.

    How it works
The extension reads LinkedIn search pages directly from your logged-in browser session — no credentials are stored, no scraping service is involved. An AI model analyses the page structure once and derives extraction patterns that are cached locally. Subsequent pages use those cached patterns at near-zero cost. Candidate profiles are scored individually using your OpenAI API key, which you supply and control.

    What you get
    — Sidebar UI with job form: title, skills, seniority, location, target and excluded companies
    — AI-generated Boolean search query tuned for LinkedIn's operator limits
    — Per-candidate fit scores (1–10) with dimension breakdown and reasoning
    — Deal-breaker detection: candidates missing critical skills are capped and flagged
    — Export to CSV when you're done

    Privacy and data
Your LinkedIn session is never accessed programmatically — the extension piggybacks on your normal logged-in browser tab. No candidate data, no search history, and no results leave your machine except for the profile text snippets sent to OpenAI for scoring (governed by your own API key and OpenAI's data policies). Your API key is stored in Chrome's local extension storage and is never transmitted anywhere other than OpenAI's API endpoint.

    Requirements
    — A LinkedIn account (free or Premium) logged in on linkedin.com
    — An OpenAI API key
    — Aplify token (optional, but recommended)

LinkedIn Sourcer works the way that suits you — no forced subscription, no one-size-fits-all:
    — Starter — zero setup, just install and go. A free monthly allowance is included, powered by our backend service. No API keys needed.
    — Pay as you go — buy credits on demand and use them instantly. No subscription, no expiry. Ideal if you source occasionally or want to run larger batches without a recurring commitment.
    — Your own keys — connect your own OpenAI and Apify accounts and run entirely on your own infrastructure. Full control over cost, model choice, and data flow.

    Privacy and data
Your LinkedIn session is never accessed programmatically — the extension piggybacks on your normal logged-in browser tab. In Starter and Pay as you go modes, the extension contacts our backend solely to validate your usage entitlement and obtain a temporary credential — candidate profile data is never routed through our servers. In Your own keys mode, all API calls go directly from your browser to OpenAI and Apify; no data passes through our infrastructure at all.

    Requirements
    — A LinkedIn account (free or Premium) logged in on linkedin.com
    — Nothing else for Starter mode
