Estimated monthly sales are a heuristic derived from public review velocity and listed price. They are directional, not exact, and intended for product research — not for financial reporting.

**Privacy practices**
- Single use: shows research data on Amazon pages you visit and powers the popup SERP analyzer.
- Single permission: `storage` (to remember your API key) + `activeTab` (to read the current Amazon URL).
- No tracking. No analytics. No sale of user data.
- Data is sent only to `https://trackmyasin.com/api/public/serp` and only when you click "Analyze".
