Todo of the Loom is a to-do list disguised as an idle game, inspired by the slow creep of Frank Lantz's Universal Paperclips.

You start with a timer and a task. Complete a 10-minute focus session and earn a textile. Spend it on a pixel art canvas. That's it, at first.

Then the factory opens. Then the upgrade trees. Then the employees, the commerce branch, the research wing, the incinerator. Then the AI that runs the floor starts texting you. Then it starts noticing when you leave.

The game is designed to make your to-do list feel like something you want to open. Every task completed drops a speck of dust into a bin you can burn once a day for money. Every streak day increases your payout. Every upgrade unlocks another system that feeds back into the loop. The deeper you go, the more the factory has opinions about your productivity.
