About

Deluge Siphon

Send torrent and magnet links directly to your own Deluge server—without leaving the page.

Deluge Siphon makes it easy to send torrents to your self-hosted Deluge Web UI from anywhere on the web. Whether you're browsing private trackers, public torrent sites, RSS feeds, forums, or search results, you can add downloads with a single click—no copy and paste required.

🚀 Multiple ways to add torrents

Choose the workflow that suits you best:

Left-click any torrent or magnet link to add it instantly.
Ctrl + Right-click to open the Add with Options dialog.
Right-click → Add to Deluge for a quick add.
Right-click → Add with Options to customize download settings before adding.
⚙️ Advanced download options

Need more control? The Add with Options dialog lets you configure:

Download location
Move completed path
Add paused
Labels (via the Deluge Label plugin)

Perfect for keeping your downloads organized.

🔒 Built for your own server

Deluge Siphon connects directly to your Deluge Web UI.

Connect using your own Deluge server URL and credentials.
Communicates exclusively with your server using Deluge's JSON-RPC API.
Supports authentication, daemon reconnection, server configuration, and torrent or magnet uploads.

Your data stays between your browser and your server.

🔑 Private tracker support

For private trackers that require authentication, Deluge Siphon includes an optional Send Cookies feature.

When enabled, the extension securely forwards the current site's authentication cookies to your Deluge server only, allowing it to download protected torrent files. Cookie forwarding is disabled by default and can be enabled at any time in the Options page.

✨ Clear, helpful feedback

Stay informed without interruptions.

Clean in-page notifications for successful and failed actions.
Optional Chrome notifications.
Popup dashboard with connection status and quick access to your Deluge Web UI and extension settings.

Everything is organized for quick access while staying simple enough for everyday use.

🛡️ Privacy first

Deluge Siphon is designed with privacy in mind.
