When you search for flights on any supported booking site, Orizn automatically detects your destination and displays visa requirements in a sleek floating bar at the bottom of the page. You can also open the extension popup anytime to manually check any country.

Orizn supports 20+ regional domains for Skyscanner, Kayak, and Expedia, so it works no matter which country-specific version of these sites you use.


HOW IT WORKS
============

1. SET YOUR PASSPORT
   Open the extension settings and select your nationality. Orizn needs this to determine the correct visa requirements for your passport.

2. SEARCH FOR FLIGHTS
   Go to any supported flight booking site and search for flights as you normally would. Orizn runs silently in the background.

3. SEE YOUR VISA STATUS
   A floating bar appears at the bottom of the page showing your visa requirement for the destination. Green = visa free. Blue = e-visa available. Orange = visa on arrival. Red = visa required. You get the answer instantly, without leaving the page.


DATA SOURCE
===========

Orizn is powered by a comprehensive visa database covering 39,585 passport-destination pairs, compiled from 136 official government sources. Data is regularly updated to reflect the latest visa policy changes.

This is not crowdsourced or user-generated data. Every visa requirement is sourced from official government immigration websites, foreign affairs ministries, and consular databases.


PRIVACY
=======

Orizn respects your privacy:

- No personal data collected
- No browsing history tracked
- No analytics or telemetry
- No account required
- Your passport selection is stored locally in your browser (Chrome sync storage) and is never sent to any third party
- Visa checks are made to the Orizn API (api.orizn.app) and include only your passport country code and destination country code -- nothing else

Orizn does not inject ads, does not modify page content beyond the floating visa bar, and does not collect or sell any data.

- "activeTab" -- To detect the destination from the current page
- "alarms" -- For periodic data refresh
- "notifications" -- To alert you about visa status (optional)
- Host permissions for supported sites -- Required to inject the floating visa bar on flight booking pages
