About

ArchiveMD turns high-signal X and Reddit saves into local Markdown files and AI context packs.

Use it to export:

X posts and visible threads.
X bookmarks loaded in your browser session.
Reddit posts with visible comments.
Reddit saved pages with detail-page checks.
Each context pack includes Markdown files plus index.md, summary.md, prompt.md, and manifest.json, so you can bring saved social knowledge into Claude, ChatGPT, NotebookLM, Cursor, Obsidian, or another local workflow.

ArchiveMD is local-first in V1:

No ArchiveMD account.
No password collection.
No cookie or session-token collection.
No ArchiveMD server upload.
No analytics in the dogfood/V1 build.
Media URLs are preserved as links; protected media is not downloaded.
X and Reddit can lazy-load, collapse, or block content. ArchiveMD records capture-quality notes when a page cannot be fully captured, while preserving useful fallback Markdown whenever possible.
