━━━ HOW IT WORKS ━━━

Claude — Reads your existing session cookies to call Claude's internal usage API. No API key needed. Same data as your Settings page.

ChatGPT — Intercepts outgoing requests to detect which model you're using and counts messages locally against known plan limits. No data is read or stored.

Codex — Same mechanism. Codex models are detected automatically and shown in their own tab.
