About
ClipPilot helps you keep momentum while watching short-form videos on desktop. It automatically moves to the next video when playback ends on: • YouTube Shorts • Instagram Reels • TikTok Web ClipPilot is built for people who watch a lot of short-form content in the browser and want a smoother, less repetitive experience. Instead of manually moving to the next clip every time, the extension detects when the current video is finished and advances for you. Main features: • Auto-skip when a video ends • Works on YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok Web • Per-platform statistics • Quick popup toggle to enable or disable auto-skip • On-page time badge in elapsed / total format • Toolbar icon states for supported, disabled, and inactive pages Popup overview: • Turn auto-skip on or off instantly • View separate stats for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok • See watched time, auto skips, opened clips, and average watch time • Open the support page directly from the popup On-page time badge: ClipPilot adds a small floating time indicator on supported pages so you can quickly see: • how much time has passed • total clip duration Platform behavior: ClipPilot adapts its navigation logic for each supported platform. It uses multiple fallback strategies to stay functional when site interfaces behave differently. Since YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok update their web UI over time, the extension is designed to be resilient and practical for real desktop browsing. Privacy: ClipPilot works locally in your browser. • No account login required • No external analytics • No remote server communication • No browsing history collection outside supported pages Permissions: • storage — used to save toggle state and local statistics • tabs — used to detect the active supported page and update toolbar icon behavior Important notes: • ClipPilot is designed for desktop browser use • It works only on supported short-form video pages • Platform layouts can change over time, so behavior may be refined in future updates If you want a cleaner, more continuous short-form viewing experience on desktop, ClipPilot keeps the flow going.
