  Leaso Co-Rent Browser helps you find someone who independently wants the same rental listing as you, so you can split the rent and apply together.
  
  Browse any rental website as normal. When you find a listing you like, mark it with Co-Rent. If someone else has independently done the same, Leaso connects you.
  
  Before you meet, you can review their verified Leaso profile including identity, lifestyle, move-in date, and how they would split the rent. If it looks right, Leaso organises a joint viewing at the property and merges both profiles into a single co-tenant application.
  
  This is not a flatmate finder. You are not renting a room in someone else's place. Both of you independently found the same property and want it for the same reasons. You are already aligned on location, budget, and timing before you have said a word to each other.
  
  Co-Rent gives you access to properties you could not justify alone.
  
  How it works:
  1. Install the extension and connect your free Leaso account
  2. Browse any rental website as normal
  3. Mark listings you want with Co-Rent
  4. If another user independently wants the same listing, you are matched, connected and can chat
  5. Review their profile, organise a joint viewing, and submit one application together
