About

Add push-to-talk to Google Meet so you can speak without staying unmuted.

A small “Push to talk” control appears during your meeting, and you can also use a keyboard shortcut (default: M). Hold the button or hold your chosen key to turn your mic on while you speak, then release to automatically turn it back off.

Customize it anytime from the extension popup:
- Change the shortcut key (default: M)
- Choose Hold-to-talk or Toggle mode
- Optional: allow the shortcut while typing in chat
- Move the on-screen control by dragging it (position is remembered)

Privacy:
- No analytics or data collection
- Only your settings are saved
