Key Features:

* Quick Add: Easily add new cities using the input box in the popup or by selecting text on any webpage and using the right-click context menu.
* Instant Weather Check: Select any place name on a webpage, right-click, and instantly get its current weather conditions via a desktop notification!
* Temperature Badge: See the current temperature for your designated "Home City" directly on the extension icon in your toolbar (updates periodically).
* Unit Selection: Quickly toggle between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F) in the popup.

IMPORTANT: Requires a Free API Key

To provide accurate weather data, this extension uses the reliable OpenWeatherMap service. You will need to obtain your own free API key from OpenWeatherMap. This ensures reliable access for everyone and keeps usage within free limits.

Getting a key is simple:
1.  Sign up for a free account at openweathermap.org.
2.  Find your key under the "API keys" tab in your account.
3.  Paste the copied key into this extension's Options page (accessible via the Settings icon in the popup or by right-clicking the extension icon). Clear instructions are provided on the Options page!
