About
Corbado Observe Debugger is a Chrome DevTools panel for validating and debugging Corbado Observe integrations. It supports developers during implementation and testing of authentication flows. You can see which Observe batches are sent from the inspected page, in which order, and with which session and user references. The panel shows events, lows, SDK metadata, request order, and raw payloads directly in DevTools. The extension is primarily built for developers working with Corbado Observe. It is also useful for product managers, IAM teams, and auth-experience owners who want to verify telemetry for login, signup, recovery, enrollment, passkeys, password, social login, OTP, and email-link flows. What you can inspect: ✓ Current Observe session ID from sessionStorage or continuity localStorage ✓ User references seen in events, including userId, identifier, and transaction IDs ✓ Live event and low stream grouped by request ✓ Flow, decision, subflow, and step events ✓ SDK name/version and raw JSON payloads for deeper debugging ✓ Custom Observe endpoints when the batch body identifies the Observe SDK Why install it: • Confirm that a Corbado Observe integration is actually sending events • Spot missing, duplicated, or misordered flow/subflow events while testing • Check which session and user reference a page is using • Debug custom API base URLs and local test endpoints • Share concrete integration evidence with developers and product managers Privacy and data handling: This extension is a DevTools panel. It does not request host permissions, inject scripts, or send captured data to Corbado or third parties. It only reads network requests visible to Chrome DevTools and, when requested, reads or resets Corbado Observe session storage in the inspected page.
