Changelog
- May 11, 2026description
change-log: v1.1.0 - Fixed issue when the user is adding a new login closing the extension keeps the extension window but the existing values are lost. ⚡ Stop typing your Salesforce password again. If you manage multiple Salesforce orgs Production, Sandbox, Scratch, Developer you know the pain. Switching between environments means repeatedly navigating to login pages, remembering which username goes where, and retyping passwords you've changed twice this month. SF Auto Logins fixes all of that in a single click. 🚀 What It Does SF Auto Logins is a lightweight productivity extension built exclusively for Salesforce professionals. It captures your credentials the moment you log in, stores them safely on your device only, and lets you jump back into any org instantly directly to the home page, Setup, or the Developer Console. No accounts. No subscriptions. No cloud. No third parties. Everything lives locally in your browser. ✨ Core Features 🔑 Automatic Login Capture Just log in to Salesforce as you normally would. The extension quietly intercepts the form, waits for a successful login, then asks if you'd like to save. If you click Never, that username is permanently excluded from future prompts no harassment. ▶ One-Click Login Three Destinations From your saved logins list, pick exactly where you want to land: ▶ Login straight to the org's home page ⚙ Setup directly into Salesforce Setup (/lightning/setup) </> Developer Console jump straight to Apex debugging 🕵 Incognito open the org in a private window for side-by-side sessions 🎨 Colour-Coded Groups & Drag-and-Drop Create named groups (e.g. "Client A", "Internal", "QA Team"), assign colours, and drag logins into the right bucket. The Auto-group feature analyses your existing logins, extracts the domain segment of each username, and automatically creates and populates groups for you perfect for onboarding a large set of orgs. 🔍 Real-Time Search Filter by label or username as you type. Find the right org in milliseconds, not minutes. 📤 Export / Import Backup Download a dated JSON backup of all your logins at any time. Restore from any backup with full encryption support. Ideal before machine migrations or as a regular safety net. 🌙 Light / Dark / System Theme The UI respects your OS preference automatically, or you can pin it to light or dark mode from Settings. ↗ Pop-Out Mode Need more room? Open the extension in a larger standalone window great for large login libraries or when a tiny popup just isn't enough. 🔐 Privacy & Security The Heart of This Extension Your credentials never leave your device. Period. This is not a marketing claim it is a hard architectural constraint: 🔒 Local Storage Only All data is written exclusively to chrome.storage.local. This is the browser's private, sandboxed storage that exists only on your machine. It is not synced to your Google account, not backed up to any cloud service, and not accessible to any website or extension other than SF Auto Logins itself. 🚫 Zero External Connections SF Auto Logins makes no network requests of any kind. There is no analytics beacon, no telemetry ping, no licence check, no update server call from the extension itself. The only outbound connections the extension ever triggers are the ones you initiate clicking ▶ to open a Salesforce login tab.
