Tony AI Assistant integrates directly into Gmail and provides a simple, secure way for supervisors to chat with Tony and manually archive important emails into internal Workspace resources.

✨ Key Features

1. Floating AI Chat Button in Gmail
A small AI chat icon appears inside Gmail. When clicked, it opens Tony AI in a secure iframe window.

No automatic actions

No background reading

Chat opens only when clicked

Works only for company-approved accounts

2. “Archive to Resources” Button
Supervisors see an extra button inside opened emails.
When clicked, the extension:

Reads the subject & body of the currently opened email only

Sends it securely to an internal Google Apps Script

The script saves it to the correct Workspace resource folder

Nothing happens in the background — only when the user clicks the button.

🔒 Privacy & Data Protection

The extension reads only the opened email that the user is viewing, and only when the user clicks the Archive button.

No inbox scanning, no indexing, no background email reading.

No personal data is sold or shared with third parties.

Data stays within the company’s Google Workspace environment.

Fully compliant with Chrome Web Store’s Personal Communications Policy.
