  WHY DOES CONTEXT LISTENER NEED "ALL WEBSITES" PERMISSION?
  Context Listener works on any tab playing audio — YouTube, 
  podcasts, Zoom, lectures, livestreams, news sites. Chrome's 
  permission system requires "all websites" access for the 
  extension to detect audio across any site you use. Context 
  Listener never reads page content beyond what's needed to 
  capture audio for transcription.
