HOW TO USE:
   1. For text: Select jumbled medical text anywhere, right-click and choose 
   "Symplify this text" or use Ctrl+Shift+S
   2. For images: Click the "Capture with OCR" button in the popup or use 
   Ctrl+Shift+E, then select the screen area containing medical text
   3. Choose your preferred format (comma list or bullets)
   4. The formatted text is instantly copied to your clipboard
