YouTube Window Fill

YouTube Window Fill adds a player button on YouTube watch pages that expands the video to fill your browser window without triggering browser or OS fullscreen.

Use it when you want a larger, cleaner viewing experience while staying in a normal window.

What it does:

- Adds a window-fill button beside YouTube’s fullscreen control
- Expands the player to fill the visible browser window
- Hides surrounding YouTube page elements while active
- Exits with one click or by pressing Escape

Why use it:

- Keep playback inside the browser window
- Avoid fullscreen mode changes
- Get a larger video view with less on-screen distraction
- Stay in control while multitasking or using multiple windows

How it works:

- Open a YouTube watch page
- Click the added window-fill button near the fullscreen button
- Click again or press Escape to return to the normal page layout

Notes:

- Works on YouTube watch pages
- Does not use browser fullscreen
- May need updates if YouTube changes its page structure
