HOW IT WORKS:

1. Open any patient chart in your EHR
2. Click the Clarafi extension to open the side panel
3. GRAB: Patient data is automatically extracted as you navigate
4. PUSH: Select documentation and click "Push to EHR" – fields are detected and filled
