Getatext SMS Rentals is built privacy-first. It brings your Getatext account to your browser toolbar so you can rent a temporary number and receive its verification code — without handing your data to anyone in the process.

No account login inside the browser. No tracking. No analytics. Just your API key and a direct, secure line to the Getatext API.

• Your API key stays on your device. It's saved in local extension storage only — never synced to the cloud, never uploaded to us, never shared with third parties.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Open the extension and paste your API key (find it in your Getatext dev portal).
2. Your balance and available services load instantly.
3. Choose a service and rent a number.
4. The verification code appears automatically — copy it and you're done.

You need an active Getatext account and an API key to use this extension. Your key is stored locally and used only to communicate securely with the Getatext API.
