About
KM Scout helps international students and job seekers in the Netherlands quickly screen job pages for Highly Skilled Migrant sponsor relevance. The official IND name for this residence permit route is "Highly skilled migrant"; many job seekers also search for it as the KM visa, kennismigrant visa, HSM visa, Dutch work visa sponsorship, or IND recognised sponsor. When you browse supported job sites such as LinkedIn or Indeed, KM Scout reads the company name shown on the current job page and compares it with the IND public register of recognised sponsors for work. Recognised sponsors are relevant because, according to the IND, only an employer recognised by the IND can apply for a Highly Skilled Migrant residence permit for you. KM Scout then shows a simple result directly on the page: - Sponsor found - Related sponsor entities - Possible match - Not found On supported job search result pages, KM Scout can also scan visible job cards in bulk and add small KM badges directly next to job listings. This helps users quickly see which visible jobs may be worth opening instead of checking each job one by one. The extension is designed for early job-search screening only. It does not replace legal advice, employer confirmation, or checking the IND website directly. Company names on job boards may be brands, recruitment agencies, parent companies, or subsidiaries, so users should always confirm the legal entity and KvK number with the employer before relying on the result.
